Breaking The Old Wedding Tradition

Hottest Trends For Fall Weddings
Did you know that the hottest trends for weddings now are couple walking down separate aisles during the ceremony and meeting together in front of their guests? Journeying back to writing your own vows create a more intimate affect for the bread and groom. They write their own vows and incorporate their children in the case of second marriages. The grooms will typically escort their mothers down the aisle. The brides are escorted by both father and/or stepfather, or by her mother, mother and father together, or grandparents or by a significant person in their life.

Nighttime Weddings
Nighttime weddings are not only great for beating the heat for a summer wedding, but it brings glamour to any wedding. Hosting a nighttime wedding in a garden, or on the beach shore with over a thousand candles creates a glamorous and romantic event. Candles such as staked candle holders, candle chandeliers and lanterns hanging from the trees, fireplace screens (the ones that are designed to use candles), etc. You can use lots and lots of votives, mirrors will also help reflect the light from the candles, and it will create a really nice ambiance. Incorporating a tent will not only enhance the mood, but just in the case that rain is in the forecast; you will have a plan B in place.

When it comes to choosing nighttime vendors, you do need to make sure that everyone you hire is accustomed to working for an evening affair. Double with your photographer in order to ensure that the photographer understands the lighting requirements, and that your makeup artist knows how to fix your face for the evening. Since many nighttime affairs are both indoors and out, everyone involved needs to know how to handle both elements. For you, that means an elegant jacket or wrap. Notify guests on the invitations if any part of your ceremony will be held outdoors.
